Purpose of the processing for which the personal data are intended as well as the legal basis of the processing

The data may be processed by RASTELLI DAVIDE & C. SNC for the following purposes:
• To respond to the request for information, regarding the services and products offered by the Data Controller.
The processing is carried out on the basis of the existence of legitimate interest as the interested party expresses the will to be contacted by the Data Controller.

• Telephone contact

The provision of data is optional, but necessary to achieve the aforementioned purposes and the non-availability of the same does not allow to execute the contact request made by the user.

Recipients or categories of recipients of personal data;

Without prejudice to communications made in compliance with legal obligations, all data collected and processed may be communicated for the purposes indicated above to:
• Third parties, appointed by RASTELLI DAVIDE & C. SNC to carry out directly related or instrumental activities
• Subjects belonging to our commercial network;
• Subjects who may become aware of them, as “managers” or “agents” of RASTELLI DAVIDE & C. SNC
The updated list of subjects to whom the data is disclosed is available, upon request by the User at the offices of RASTELLI DAVIDE & C. SNC
In any case, personal data will not be disseminated.

Transfer of data abroad

In no case the transfer to non-EU countries is envisaged.
If RASTELLI DAVIDE & C. SNC intends to transfer personal data to a third country or an international organization, it will have to integrate the existing procedures in order to comply with the provisions of Chapter V of EU Regulation 2016/679. The transfer of data abroad is allowed if the Commission has decided that the third country, a territory or one or more specific sectors within the third country, or the international organization in question guarantee an adequate level of protection.

Rights of the interested party

The interested party can assert the rights referred to in Articles 15-22 of the EU Regulation, namely: the right of access, rectification and the right to cancellation (“right to be forgotten”) of the same, the right to limit their processing, the right to data portability, the right to opposition to processing, reported for the purposes of greater transparency at the bottom of the following information.

Privacy Guarantor Complaint

Pursuant to art. 77 the interested party, who believes that the processing that concerns him or her violates this regulation, has the right to lodge a complaint with the Privacy Authority, which can be contacted at the website http: /www.garanteprivacy.it/.
